This is the Cowley Companies office, remodeled from a 1947 produce warehouse.
What Cowley Did
Originally purchased in 2006, in 2009 the company decided to move its office to this location. With a full exterior restoration to the original red brick, the inside was fully remodeled for adaptive reuse as office space while keeping the historic industrial character of the structure.
