

Mike oversees Cowley Companies' real estate portfolio, continuing his family’s commitment to thoughtful investment and community impact. He specializes in repurposing historic downtown Phoenix warehouses into distinctive office environments that honor the city’s character.
Mike studied Organizational Psychology at the University of Utah and is an active civic leader in Phoenix. He is Vice Chair of the Teach For America board and serves on the W. P. Carey School of Business Real Estate & Finance Committee at Arizona State University.
Through The Cowley Family Foundation, his philanthropic focus includes ASU W.P. Carey Real Estate School Scholarships, the ASU Master of Real Estate program, and Maricopa County Community Colleges. His past leadership roles include the Economy Task Force at Greater Phoenix Leadership, the Maricopa Health Foundation Board, the Maricopa County Planning and Zoning Committee, and the Board of the Maricopa County Special Health Care District.


Rory joined Cowley Companies in 2007 and brings nearly two decades of real estate investment and development experience. Before joining Cowley, he served as lead staffer for Phoenix City Councilman Tom Simplot, where he developed a deep understanding of how public policy and private development intersect and built a track record of effective collaboration across both sectors. Rory leads entitlements, underwriting, and deal structuring, and he thrives on navigating complex transactions.
Outside the office, you’ll find Rory with a fishing rod in his hand, running a mountain trail, or traveling the world with his wife Lesley in search of the perfect french fry.


Greg leads accounting, financial reporting, estate planning, and treasury for Cowley Companies. He plays an important role maintaining financial discipline while supporting strategic growth and long-term capital stewardship.
Greg graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA. Prior to joining Cowley Companies, he began his career as a tax professional at Deloitte and has held leadership roles in lending and public accounting, including serving as Vice President at FINOVA Capital Corporation.


Monson joined Cowley Companies in 2019 and focuses on land acquisition, entitlements, and disposition across the Southwest. He’s developed an eye for identifying opportunities that match the company’s investment goals and seeing them through to close.
Monson holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to everything he does. He especially thrives in the complexity of guiding projects from initial concept to final transaction.
Off the clock, Monson prefers to be outdoors, building, fixing, or working with his hands whenever he can.


Jake oversees ground up industrial development and manages Cowley Companies’ portfolio of buildings. He brings a disciplined financial perspective to each project, pairing foresight with thorough analysis.
Jake earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. Before rejoining Cowley Companies in ‘24, he served as financial analyst for Catellus Development Corporation’s Arizona office, where he built financial models and performed analysis on large scale, multi-decade real estate developments in partnership with the state university system.
When he’s not in the office, Jake is usually planning his next ski trip, exploring a new city, or testing his aim at the clay range.


Rebecca joined Cowley Companies in 2025 and has over fifteen years of luxury retail operations experience and five years in residential property management. She brings a service-first approach to commercial real estate, staying responsive to tenants and attentive to ownership while making sure day-to-day items run smoothly.
After work, Rebecca enjoys discovering new restaurants, exploring the Phoenix community, and planning events and spaces that bring people together.


Autumn joined Cowley Companies in 2025 and oversees office functions and internal coordination. She brings a background in project management, sales, and business systems across a variety of roles in SaaS operations, restaurant group management, and the craft beverage industry.
Outside of work, Autumn can normally be found hiking or camping, attending metal concerts, or getting lost in a good horror novel.


Imee has been with Cowley Companies since 2007 and is a core member of the accounting team. She specializes in property management and managed capital accounting, financial reporting, treasury functions, and tax preparation.
Imee holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Prior to immigrating to the U.S., she served as an Assistant Comptroller and Cost Accountant.
Outside of work, Imee enjoys karaoke, which is deeply embedded in Filipino culture. Since high school, it has been one of her favorite pastimes and a way to bond with family and friends.


Jordan works closely with the accounting team to oversee the tax strategy and accounting functions for Cowley Companies. His experience with passthrough entities and family offices strengthens the long-term financial planning across the organization.
Jordan earned a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Brigham Young University and is a licensed CPA. Before joining the team, he spent five years at Deloitte in business tax services.
Outside of the office, he can be found watching great films, playing piano, or spending time with his three daughters.


Billie Jo manages the daily accounting functions for Cowley Companies. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from ASU and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Her prior experience includes accounting roles in retail, truck leasing, and the food industry.
After work, Billie Jo can often be found on a hiking trail or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games.


Nathan Rogers' history with Cowley Companies goes back to 2010, when he first helped Duke clean up a property. He joined the team full time in 2020 and brings a hands-on background in construction to his role overseeing facilities and property maintenance.
On his own time, Nathan is usually outdoors, traveling, or working on one of his old cars.


Shannon Dunn has been with the Cowley family for over two decades, joining as Office Manager and Executive Assistant after eleven years running the Hospitality Department at Phoenix International Raceway. She brings a sharp organizational instinct and a people-first approach to everything she manages.
Away from work, Shannon can be found on a trail, getting lost in a good book, or spending time with family.
