Iconic adaptive reuse in Phoenix’s Warehouse District: a former railside produce warehouse, now fully occupied creative offices with coworking, a coffee shop, and co-warehousing.
What Cowley Did
After purchasing the abandoned site, the full interior was demolished, roof rebuilt, exterior restored, and then completely remodeled into what it is today. Originally signing up Galvanize as a 50,000 square foot anchor tenant on a 10-year lease, this building became the reference point for adaptive reuse in the Warehouse District. Through multiple iterations of office layouts and redesigns, the building has become what it is today, with a mixture of coworking, creative offices, food & beverage, and a unique co-warehousing facility.
