A historic warehouse, one of many used for produce distribution in postwar Phoenix, near major railroads in downtown. It now functions as an annex to the Cowley Companies office.
What Cowley Did
Purchased the historic building in 2015 and turned it into an iconic adaptive reuse project which serves the main office with extra meeting space, storage, and amenities, all while keeping the original character of the 1940s’-era warehouse, especially the original red brick and exposed roof structure.
Current Use
Used as ancillary space for the Cowley Companies office.
