A historic produce warehouse just off of the railroad in Downtown. Previously owned by the Willie Itule produce company, it still has the historic signage on the brick exterior.
What Cowley Did
Purchased in 2016, at the time occupied by Willie Itule Produce, Cowley Companies performed significant restorations and remodels to the building after it was vacated, adding new office space to each of the six warehouse bays, creating a more flexible product for the modern market. It is now occupied by a mix of uses across five different tenants.
Current Use
Warehousing & distribution, storage, and gym.
